Ryan’s Miracle Watch 11/19/11
Ryan is doing okay today. This morning he had a seizure that lasted quite a while (more than 15 minutes), so we gave him one of his antiseizure meds a little earlier than his typical dose time. Hopefully, this will tie him over until his real med time comes. Visible seizures are to be expected every once in a while, and we need to take care of them quickly so they don’t cause any long term problems. The hope is that any seizure is not a result of some sort of virus Ryan has contracted which would mean another trip to Kaiser. This seizure does not seem to be one that will warrant the trip to Kaiser, but we’re keeping an eye on him…as we always do anyway…
Please pray that Ryan’s brain will heal quickly so his seizure/s will go away completely.
Tonight, I’m going with a friend to the Big Game between Cal and Stanford. I miss going to Cal games with Ryan…

LORD God of all creation,
You have fearfully and wonderfully made Ryan and knew him before he was born. (Ps 139). We lift him up to You again and again and ask that if it be Your divince plan, that you would restore his brain function and also LORD, pour out Your peace on all the folks involved. Staff, family. friends near and far.
We do love you, Jesus and thank You for making this our rest stop enroute to our Heavenly and perfect Home!
