Ryan’s Miracle Watch 6/14/12
Ryan had an incredible day today. Not only was he feeling well, but he was also visited by several of his friends from High School who stopped by to take pictures with him in their graduation caps and gowns. I know they wanted him to feel like he had graduated with them, and I know he did. He is so blessed to have the greatest friends in the world, and I know that he is praying for their success in life, on earth and in eternity…
There are several lessons I have learned from my son, and one of them is to love others as you would have them love you. Ryan is the real deal when it comes to sharing the love that can only come from the Father above, which is evident by the overwhelming amounts of love he is getting back from those he has loved. You cannot out give God…

Your story is one of love and inspiration. May God give me the strength and courage to be like you when I have kids. Would it be possible for Ryan to receive outside visitors in the future?

Hi, read your article on CNN. I don’t know if you have had the chance to try this yet but I have read articles on comatose patients “waking up” after taking the sleeping pill ambien. You can Google for the articles and read them yourself.
God Bless….

Good morning! I read your family’s story on CNN today. Thank you for your Christ-like love that you have shared and inspired others with. Ryan is blessed to have godly parents who value his life; just as you are blessed to have him in yours. God is awesome and miracles still happen – praying with you for His will to be done.

Our son Ryan has been in a semi comatose condition since December of 2010. We can sympathize, but I will not say that I know how you feel. I have come to hate that phrase. Our Ryan stayed in hospitals for seven months before he came home the first time. It was the scariest thing we ever did. We managed with help from friends and God. We will add your family to our prayers. We will specifically be praying for complete healing for both Ryans. Our situations do seem to be eerily alike, however one healthcare worker once told us that if you have seen one TBI you have seen one TBI. There are no two the same. Our best wishes are with you.

After reading Ryan’s story on CNN I immediately said a prayer for you all. May God bless!
