The Joy for Ryan concert was a huge success and we thank all of you for your support. We realize that many of you were still away at college and won’t be home until this week and many others had travel or other plans but thank you all for your prayer support! The gospel was preached and lives were touched by stories of joy and how the Lord has used Ryan to change peoples lives. May God bless all of you who have come to this web site and supported Ryan by prayer, by your gifts, by your time and talents and any other way that you may have helped. Carwash Benefiting Ryan Buchanan Trust
The Miramonte Men’s Lacrosse Team will be sponsoring a carwash at Orinda Motors on Saturday, May 12th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to the Ryan Buchanan Trust for the support and wellbeing of Ryan, a Miramonte student & avid lacrosse player, following his tragic accident last June.
The Love for Ryan Concert February 4th was a great success. Thank You!
We want to thank everyone who made the Love for Ryan Concert a great success. People’s lives were truly touched by the Word of God as spoken by our guest speakers and as sung by our featured musicians. We were all greatly blessed to be there.
Shawn McDonald headlined and Paul Johnson and the Sound of Sunsets played opening sets that brought great reactions from the crowd. Jesse VanZee and Washington Redskins Running Back Roy Helu, Jr. gave incredible testimonies of how The Lord has worked in their lives. We want to thank each and every participant and attendee of the show. It was an evening that will stay with us for a long time.

Buy Sees Holiday Chocolates and Candies and Support Ryan!
Ryan’s Home church, Creekside Church in Alamo, has put together a great program for purchasing holiday chocolates and candies from Sees that will benefit Ryan. This allows anyone who would like to either sell Sees to their friends or to buy it for themselves to help Ryan. Ryan’s Trust will receive 20% of all funds received. This is time sensitive because the cutoff date for orders to Sees is December 7th and you will need to pay in advance of receiving your order. Orders from the local area will be delivered to Creekside Church. If you are out of the area, they can arrange for your order to be mailed to you but, you must order soon in order to allow for mailing time. “Rockin for Ryan!” was a huge success!!

“Love for Ryan” Car Wash in Orinda was also a smash!!
Friends of the Buchanan’s held a car wash for Ryan on October 23rd at Orinda Motors and raised over $2800! An enormous thank you to all who organized, washed, donated, sponsored and helped in any way. What a great showing of love!
New construction for the Buchanan’s House!!
The Buchanan’s are moving forward with plans to retrofit their house and bring Ryan home so, this is great news! The construction project is going to be an enormous undertaking. If you, your company or someone you know can contribute any of the following: lumber, drywall, roofing material, glass, wiring, conduit or other construction materials, please e-mail us ASAP at donate@ryanbuchanan.org.
